L’OR CITRUS ESPRESSO SHAKE

A luscious, iced coffee, blending bold L’OR Espresso ONYX with zesty citrus, delivering a decadent, sun-kissed summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 shots of L’OR ONYX espresso, chilled 
  • ¼ cup cream or milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest 
  • ¼ teaspoon mixed spice 
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce / syrup (reserve half for the glass garnish)
  • Fresh orange zest and peel, cocoa powder and soft whipped cream for garnish

Steps

    In a shaker combine the espresso, cream, orange zest, mixed spice, ice and half the chocolate sauce

    Shake vigorously to mix.

    Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce around the sides of your glass.

    Strain coffee mixture into glass and garnish with a swirl of cream, finely grated orange zest and a dusting of cocoa.

    For a stylish garnish, peel a long strip of orange rind, dip into boiling water to soften then thread onto a cocktail skewer.
